Forget about ride on lawn mowers, the SX24 is a compact Tractor capable of running rings around any
ride on, it is available with a optional heavy duty 60" underbelly mower made from thick steel with bearings
and blades like you would find on serious farm implement. Not only that but the 3 cylinder 24hp diesel
engine has more pulling power then any of its petrol driven cousins not to mention the superior fuel
economy and long life span of a diesel engine over a petrol.
Combine that with a seriously tough Hydrostatic transmission controlled by simply pushing one foot pedal
down to go forward and the other to go backwards, if you push it down a little you can crawl along at a very
slow speed but the further you push it down the faster you go its so easy to control, easier than a
automatic car. On top of all that it has four wheel drive and full power steering making it capable of getting
up and down the very rough terrain.
Unlike ride on mowers the SX24 comes standard with a PTO (power take off) and 3 point linkage which
means you can connect a huge range of implements behind it, for example a rotary hoe, post hole
digger,wood chipper, rear grader blade, fertiliser spreader, rippers and so on, try doing that with a ride on!
You also have the option of fitting a Front end loader to the SX24 if you should need to move some soil or
maintain your road etc, sure beats a wheel barrow and shovel!
